Improved web analytics, reporting and search management tools emerge in response, impacting best practices in web design and search engine optimization. Social media giants Facebook and Twitter have been introducing a shiny new feature every week, adding complexity to an already complex system.

The Confluence team believes in staying on "the bleeding edge" of all this change by investing into continuing education. Whether in person or via webinar, our team members regularly participate in industry conferences to stay on top of the latest.
